A Post Graduate from Chennai University and M.Phil (Economics) - Intellectual Property Rights, Neelu Pandey, has academic experience of 12 years in cooperation and management. Her area of specialization is Economics, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Communication and Statistics. She is holding the responsibilities of PGDM (ABM) in the capacity of Programme Director. Her articles have found place in reputed magazines of cooperation and management. She has also organized seminars, workshops and managerial development programs for various sector of agriculture and cooperation.

Jelam Davda has technical experience for one year on Adobe Flex platform with AMFPHP Server Technology as a software developer. She has teaching experience of one and half years in various Post Graduation courses of Gujarat University. Her interest subjects are Object Oriented Programming Language, Hyper Text Markup Language and Networking. She has organized development programs in special need for Border Security Force, Gujarat Frontier and Managerial Development Programs for Cooperative organizations.

She has been working with this Institution since January, 2010. She looks after PGDM and HDCM department. Her area of Interest is Finance and General Management. In her post graduation, She has done her final project on Private Equity, wherein she has studied the behavior of the client and their requirement. She has done her Summer Internship in Zydus Cadilla, where she studied the production process in Hard Capsule and Soft Capsule department. In her graduation, she has made a study report on Satellite Communication. Her final project in Graduation was in Reliance Industries Ltd., on Loom Monitoring System, which was a real time system.
