HDCM (Higher Diploma In Cooperative Management)
  ABOUT THE HDCM :
 
HDCM is the core programme of the Institute. The duration of the programme is 26th weeks which is divided into two terms where knowledge on 13 subjects will be imparted to the participants. The intake capacity is thirty. The programme commences on 21st July, 2008 and is concluding on 09th January, 2009. The programme is designed to cover'all management and legal aspect of Cooperatives with a touch of co-operative environment. Candidates are asked to prepare individual project reports on some successful co-operative societies function.al in the state, under the able supervision of faculty guides. As an essential part of the programme the participants are also taken on observation study tour to some co-operatively developed state.
OBJECTIVES :
 
At the end of the programme the participant will be able to :
    1. Understand the complexity of the business and managerial problems and device suitable solution to detect it.
    2. Develop a time bound comprehensive plan to achieve excellence in management
